Like every year, the half-time Super Bowl show was as expected as the football game itself. After an uninspiring performance by the group Maroon 5 last year, the Latin singers Shakira and Jenifer Lopez made the show during fifteen minutes punctuated by wild swaying sashes and chained to the rhythm of their greatest successes.
And it was Shakira , wearing a spectacular golden dress, who opened the ball, joined by Jennifer Lopez , and her dress with silver fringes. The Colombian started her performance with a mixture of her biggest hits including the unforgettable "Whenever, Wherever" which propelled her career in 2002. Shakira enchanted the spectators of the Super Bowl 2020 final (and the millions of viewers in front the screens) of his dance steps and his legendary hips before giving the stage to J-Lo .
To Shakira's famous hip movements, J-Lo responded with a pole dance session, straight out of his recent film Queens . The bass, the dance, the beats per minute, all recalled the atmosphere of the clubs of Miami. The singer, like her sister, changed her outfits several times in record time, going from black thigh boots to a scintillating leotard. The Puerto Rican rapper and singer Bad Bunny offered some essential breaks for the two Latin queens to prepare for their different paintings. An exceptional service to watch here on video.
