&quot;I knew I needed to change my exercise routine - 5 times a week - when I found out I was pregnant,&quot; he said.

&quot;I am a sports fanatic and have looked in different books and websites about exercising during pregnancy, but I was disappointed with the lack of technical information about what you should and shouldn&#39;t do.As it is my first pregnancy, I had many unanswered questions. I was lucky to spend the first 12 weeks without feeling sick. This meant that I continued to do most of my exercises, of course, alongside professionals.&nbsp;I noticed the changes in my body and the increase in weight, but with exercise and sports I feel stronger for a healthy pregnancy &quot;.

Also with her second daughter, she manages, in a very stylish way, the art of pregnancy and her suggestions&nbsp;could be useful for many other mothers.&nbsp;
