The Emé autumn/winter 2026 fashion show took place in the Michelangelo Cloister at the Baths of Diocletian: natural palettes, lamé tailoring, and punk accents by Silvia Falconi.

After the steps of Milan&#39;s Central Station, Emé brought its occasionwear collection to the catwalk in the Michelangelo Cloister , inside the National Roman Museum at the Baths of Diocletian . Guests included actresses Giulia Bevilacqua, Giulia Michelini, Nicoletta Romanoff and Vittoria Belvedere, Chanel Totti, director Sabrina Iannucci, and star Eleonora Abbagnato.

The Eternal City is central to the brand: here, Emé has &quot;three stores that are the most important in the chain,&quot; and, explains creative director Silvia Falconi , &quot;our most important customers are Roman.&quot; For this reason, the show was open to the public, with the most loyal customers in the front row. The location speaks of a &quot;perfect in the imperfect,&quot; with the Greco-Roman sculptures housed in the museum&#39;s halls—&quot;sometimes a little damaged, and it is precisely in their imperfection that their beauty lies,&quot; as Falconi comments—forming the backdrop to the looks and embodying the philosophy of wabi-sabi , an aesthetic and philosophical concept linked to Zen Buddhism, the starting point of the collection. The translation into outfits? &quot;Multifaceted lines, free from rigid ideals of perfection.&quot; &quot;We introduced a desire for escape, without losing our connection to our roots,&quot; continues the designer, while the contrasts &quot;harmonize.&quot;

Masculine and feminine, structure and fluidity, generous volumes and lightness. The palette ranges from the burgundy of Deep Plum to the earthy brown of Rural Brown, from the brick red of Rust Rouge to the teal of Urban Teal, with the dove gray of Smoky Grey, the saturated pink of Punk Rose, and the blue of Soft Indigo. Evening dresses, the brand specifies, feature teal and terracotta, with a &quot;very dark&quot; plum hue. The look that Falconi describes as the epitome of the collection is a long jacket &quot;with a contemporary, very distinctive cut, constructed from a timeless fabric for Emé, closely linked as it is to the bridal world: satin,&quot; paired with cargo pants in the same material: &quot;A day outfit constructed with an evening fabric.&quot;

Emé&#39;s top clients are between 25 and 45, have little time for shopping, and are looking for something &quot;not overly special,&quot; a dress that both stands out and steals the show. While ceremonies remain the brand&#39;s heart, graduations and birthday dresses make up a significant portion of the occasion dresses. Finally, accessories include tapered or chunky suede loafers with crocodile print, leather combat boots with logo buckles, low boots with rhinestones, and faux leather wedge ankle boots, plus tote bags in the same color palette.
