The inevitable happened: Kylie Jenner , who at age 20 took the cover of Forbes last year because she was about to become the youngest billionaire, is back in the American magazine because she is now the youngest billionaire who built her fortune alone with only 21 years. It beats previous record holder Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, who became a billionaire at the age of 23.
As Jenner is "self-sufficient" it may be a subject for debate since she's been at her family show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" since she was a child. But Jenner is not pretending she does not have an edge in social media because of this, where much of her business promotion is. "It's the power of social media," Jenner told Forbes. "I had such a strong grasp before I could start anything."
"My parents told me that I needed to earn my own money, it's time to learn how to economise and spend my own money, things like that," she said. "What I'm trying to say is that I have a platform, but none of my money is inherited." she said in an interview.
