Kering supports forest fire crisis

The world-renowned luxury brands group Kering was not silent by the massive forest fire in Australia.

The whole world is now shaken by the effects of long-standing forest fires in Australia. Over 20 million acres of land were destroyed in fires, while more than 500 million animals and 20 people lost their lives, according to recent statements. In order to prevent this disaster, many charity campaigns were initiated with the contribution of famous names and companies. The French Kering group, which includes Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Brioni, Boucheron, Pomellato, Dodo, Qeelin, Ulysse Nardin and Girard-Perregaux. Kering brought all its brands together to show their support for the devastating fire in Australia. According to the statement made together 12 brands, a total of 1 million Australian dollars collected. The fund will be transferred to the most appropriate local organizations selected by Kering's sustainability experts. Kering will also participate in afforestation and biodiversity programs in Australia in the coming periods.
