LVMH acquires Tiffany & CO

The American jewelry brand becomes the property of the French group

The murmur had been around for a few weeks: LVMH wants to acquire Tiffany & co. Luxury science fiction, but, as we know, everything is possible when it comes to the luxury giant.
Today comes the confirmation: for the astronomical figure of 16.2 billion dollars, 135 per action, Arnault has acquired the jewelery brand made unforgettable by Audrey Hepburn in "Breakfast at Tiffany's".

Tiffany & co. joins Bvlgari and Chaumet in the LVMH stable.
