The possibility of getting your hands on a collector&#39;s edition &quot;Garden of Lace&quot;: a box of 25 numbered hearts presented in a silk pocket screen-printed by hand in the workshop of the lingerie designer. How did you meet?

Pierre Marcolini: &quot; People who do things with passion, it is practically registered. We are in Brussels, whether at a cocktail party, at an evening, or at a lunch ... I had heard of Carine and Conversely. We had shareholders who were common. Beyond that, it was rather this desire on both sides to say that we want to do a job, we want to do it thoroughly, we want to do it well, because you can&#39;t do anything else anyway. &quot;

How did you come to work together?

Carine Gilson: &quot; For the love of craftsmanship, for Valentine&#39;s Day too, for the temptation, for a few grams that we have through silk and that Pierre has through chocolate. These are two very common worlds who come together through a project. &quot;

Carine Gilson: &quot; Passion, haute couture, lovers. &quot;

Your inspirations for this range?

Pierre Marcolini: &quot; The richness of Carine&#39;s universe. We looked at her site and her universe. She spoke of sensuality and we are still very close to chocolate because we first seek an emotion. We are used to to say: &#39;To choose is to renounce.&#39; Here, we gave up nothing. Whether it was the heart, the badge, the whole team agreed. Here we go even further since we will find ourselves in Carine&#39;s shops. &quot;

What do you like in particular about someone else&#39;s work?

Carine Gilson: &quot; The man behind Pierre Marcolini. Everything he has undertaken, his perseverance, his passion, his enthusiasm. &quot; 
Pierre Marcolini: &quot; The fact of living her project has 200 an hour. She never lets go and goes to the end with an incredible attention to detail. &quot;

What would you like people to feel when they taste the collection?

Carine Gilson: &quot; Emotion because I work a lot with it. Emotion will inspire me in a lot of things because I have to feel them. I would like us to feel the emotion in detail, in the choice of flavors , in this mouthful of chocolate lace. Temptation is emotion too. &quot;

Carine Gilson: &quot; I don&#39;t cook at home, so here I will make the effort to cook for him. And make a table in harmony. &quot;
