125 ml of milk (oat milk or cow's milk)
2 tbsp. to s. cocoa
10 ml of sugar syrup
1 large roasted marshmallow to decorate
Mix all ingredients in a milk frother and reheat. Pour the mixture into a ceramic mug and decorate with a roasted marshmallow.

10 ml of crème de cassis

Zacapa Rhum Martinez
45 ml of rum Zacapa 23
22 ml of Belsazar Red Vermouth
10 ml of Amontillado sherry
15 ml of cherry liqueur
2 strokes of orange bitters
Mix all the ingredients in a glass with ice and count 25-30 turns to refresh and lengthen the preparation. Carefully pass over a small slash. Decorate with a cherry. Squeeze an orange peel over the glass to extract the oils, then decorate the edge of the glass.
