While guests stuck to black and gray suits, models donned over-the-top outfits inspired by childhood toys like the nutcracker and stuffed animals. Proportion was everything as exaggerated <a href="https://www.lofficiel.co.uk/fashion/blazers-with-shoulder-pads-trend-of-the-season">shoulder pads</a>, flowy skirts, giant <a href="https://www.lofficiel.co.uk/fashion/adorable-cartoon-bags-to-buy-this-april">purses</a>, and oversized <a href="https://www.lofficiel.co.uk/fashion/trucker-hats-2000s-trend">hats</a> dominated the runway.&nbsp;
As the models came out for their final bow, every ready-to-wear look was paired with a corresponding haute couture ensemble with whom they turned to greet as a representation of reintroducing oneself to their inner child. In what can only be described as pure, unadulterated fun that capped things off with a rendition of Kelly Clarkson's "A Moment Like This," the Thom Browne show turned heads while providing a <a href="https://www.lofficiel.co.uk/fashion/jewelry-funny-necklaces-summer-trend">nostalgic</a> atmosphere fit for the fall season.
