This Saturday, February 29, 2020, the Maison Hermès, under the artistic direction of Nadège Vanhée-Cybulski, unveiled a colorful Fall-Winter 2020-21 collection.

The atmosphere: Upon arrival, in a large, immaculate room of the Republican Guard, a conceptual forest of jumping bars erected vertically. Enhanced with colorful and graphic touches, these pillars intrigue and give a first indince about the collection which is about to reveal itself. Or a subtle balance between the purity of white and the strength of these primary greens, reds, blues and yellows. A harmony of contrasts, which will dominate the main line of this Fall-Winter 2021-21 show.

The collection: The models set off in this deconstructed parade, playing around and between these bars that encourage play. Graphic game, visual game: while they are parading, the models are revealed, disappear, reappear, or meet each other to others. A rhythmic merry-go-round, full of posesy, and which never fails to tickle the eye. The immaculate white space is full of life, welcoming a resolutely contemporary Herm&egrave;s woman with her urban and functional wardrobe. Inspired by design - the reference to Mondrian cannot escape - this new wardrobe has fun mixing pieces from the equestrian world with those from our daily lives. Leather puffer jackets and skirts, padded pockets or flaps, strap details, color block sweaters, colorful vertical stripes similar to the surrounding decor: the collection is full of artistic references on the one hand, and is inspired by the Herm&egrave;s heritage on the other go. A daring dialogue, which ensures that Maison Herm&egrave;s will make its big leap for next winter.
