Hedi Slimane unveils the Celine Fall/Winter 2021 with a walk through the gardens of the Château de Vaux le Vicomte. 

Titled Parade, the Celine Fall/Winter 2021 collection was inspired by the words of three French poets: Paul Verlaine, who wrote &ldquo;Her gaze is like the gaze of statues;&rdquo;&nbsp;Charles Baudelaire, who said, &ldquo;My youth has been nothing but a tenebrous storm, peered now and then by rays of brilliant sunshine;&rdquo; and Arthur Rimbaud, who penned, &ldquo;I alone have the key to this savage parade.&rdquo;

The particular quotes that <a href="https://www.lofficiel.co.uk/fashion-week/celine-teen-knight-collection-photos">Creative Director Hedi Slimane</a> notes speak of beauty, youth, and the wild. Translated into the collection, the fashion is a continuation of the youthful, dressed-down vision of the Spring/Summer 2021 show&nbsp;that showed in Monaco. Sparkling tops and jackets are paired with distressed denim and crop tops, while sporty puffer coats and sneakers juxtapose pussy-bow blouses. No doubt influenced by the<a href="https://www.lofficiel.co.uk/Fashion/wide-leg-pants-new-trends-best-outfits-celebrities-inspo-spring-summer-2021">&nbsp;wide-leg pants</a>&nbsp;and proportions that today&#39;s younger generation are partial to, this new collection continues on Slimane&#39;s mission to upend the ideas of bourgeois style so engrained with the French maison and imbue it with sportive and a touch of grunge. The &#39;90s influence can be seen in the gray sweatshirts, washed denim, dad hats, and muted plaids carried throughout the collection.&nbsp;
