Bottega Veneta and the new point of view

Daniel Lee's survey expands its borders by presenting the campaign created with Tyron Lebone for Bottega Veneta's Fall 2019. An aseptic dimension tells the new vision of modern luxury, a concept that is emphasized by the location, a cement basin lit by the sun of Joshua Tree, California. In the images a race car in pure gold positioned vertically takes on the appearance of a monolith, a setting that recalls the contemporary works of Gonzalo Lebrija. Subversion is reflected on clothes, innate codes of elegance, desire and the raw contrast between man and machine, they remain the fulcrum of the images that refer to the collection in terms of lines, cut and construction.
